I was waiting for one week for my shoes and then I received a message that it was damaged during the delivery. It was said you can’t send me new parcel but I should make a new order. And the worst thing that you still keep my money and didn’t provide me with a refund! 2 weeks passed and the refund was not even send! And after you will provide it I will wait it for 2 weeks from a bank! So guys, your service is horrible! You as a reseller should take this risk with the delivery, not a client takes it! Why you can’t send me new shoes or why you can’t provide me with a refund as soon as possible? Why are you wasting my time and holding my money? Disappointed with your service so much!!!
